WiN and Wirral Council are working in partnership to develop sector based cluster groups. The groups are open to any business trading in Wirral and aim to engage the private and public sector to maximise the economic success of Wirral.

Each cluster has a Chair and Vice Chair that constitutes the WiN Executive Board. The Executive Board provides strategic direction to the main WiN Board and Wirral Council focusing on the contribution the private sector can make to the implementation of The Council’s Investment Strategy.
Wirral Council will consult the executive board on policies and developments that it undertakes that will impact on Wirral’s business community.
Each cluster group has a Relationship Manager to liaise between the businesses, the WiN board members and Wirral Council. Relationship Managers assist businesses by identifying opportunities for further growth and development working closely with partner organisations.
