WIN Award makes it Two in a Row! 20/07/2010
Contact Company has added the Wirral Investment Network 2010 Business of the Year Award to its success at the LDP awards last month. Having been recognised in these two highly prestigious events in the North West business calendar TCC are now established as one of the top businesses in the area and an employer able to offer long term sustainable jobs within the local community.
TCC won the award following phenomenal growth and success last year – winning two new contracts worth in excess of £1.7 million and increasing employee numbers TCC has demonstrated its continuing commitment to the Wirral and Birkenhead specifically. With expected growth in the next 18 months in new premises and retaining the Call Centre seats in the existing office TCC will be the second largest employer in Birkenhead and one of the largest on the Wirral.
Following the success of the evening, Asif Hamid the C.E.O. was asked what he thought made TCC so unique and consistently successful: "Our USP is that it actively work swith our clients to improve the service they offer their customers, whether this is through process re-engineering, reducing costs that can be passed on or increasing first call resolution or the quality of the service given to customers. These improvements are built into our contracts with customers and are systematically addressed through the Implementation of projects methodology we use, the weekly performance and activity reporting and monthly KPI/SLA meetings.’
Juliet Rhodes, MD agreed and added: ‘Our unique approach is possible because of the experience, dedication and energy of every one of our employees. Every team member in our business plays a part in delivering exceptional service to each one of our clients and their customers and it’s because of this team approach that we can grow so quickly without ever compromising that level of service.’
The Contact Company were also shortlisted for the WiN Excellence in Training Skills and Development Award.
